Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding German public holidays).
Pre-order or made-to-order items will ship when available; any special lead times are shown on the product page.
Shipping methods & timing
We ship from Berlin, Germany using reliable carriers (e.g., DHL/Deutsche Post or equivalent).
Estimated transit times (after dispatch): Germany 3–6 business days, EU/EEA 3–10 business days, Rest of world 7–20 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs, and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service level.
Customs, duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT, duties, and brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We cannot mark orders as gifts or alter declared values.
Address changes & delivery issues
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can amend addresses before dispatch only.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or it was unclaimed, we can reship at the customer’s expense; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The above does not apply to returns under your statutory right of withdrawal. For EU withdrawals, please see our Return Policy for refunds of the standard outbound shipping.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but not received, email ni.dai.97030@gmail.comwithin 7 days of the delivery date/scan so we can promptly investigate with the carrier. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
Split shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost if this speeds up delivery.
Risk of loss
Risk transfers to you upon delivery to you or a person you designate. If you choose your own carrier (not offered by us), risk may transfer when we hand the goods to that carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
